INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Two Levels of Generational Repair for Estrangement
Level 1: the focus is on stabilization.
Level 2: the focus is identity and generational patterns.
Personalized program available upon request.
Level 1: the Re-Center
Stabilizing the Relationship
This phase focuses on:
Emotional regulation, interrupting reactive patterns, clarifying responsibility, addressing blocks and fears, and identifying phrases and languages that both hurt and help.
What You Could Experience:
Reduced emotional reactivity during contact or silence
Fewer spirals after conversations
Greater clarity about what is yours to own — and what is not
More measured responses instead of impulsive ones
Decreased urgency to fix, chase, or over-explain
Improved ability to tolerate tension without escalating it
A clearer understanding of the relational pattern between you
Stronger internal steadiness, even when the relationship feels uncertain
Structure: Four-session 90-minute coaching series designed to restore emotional steadiness during relational strain or estrangement. We focus on reducing reactivity, clarifying responsibility, and strengthening your ability to respond with grounded intention rather than urgency.
Cost: $1,500 (payment plans available)
Level 2: the Re-Build
Rebuilding Identify and Reclaiming the Self
Every generational pattern has deeper roots.
This is where we explore the generational identity you were formed inside — the roles you carried, the beliefs you absorbed, and the emotional rules you inherited without question.
Together, we will:
Identify the generational influences behind your reactions
Relinquish roles that were formed in survival, not choice
Replace inherited guilt with grounded responsibility
Rework beliefs that reinforce unhealthy dynamics
Act from intention rather than reflex
Structure - This coaching series focuses on intentional relational repair. After establishing steadiness in Phase I, we examine patterns, clarify identity shifts, and develop grounded communication strategies that break cycles and strengthen long-term connection.
Eight- 90-minute sessions with workbook.
Cost $3,600 (payment plans available)
This work is for you if:
You're a parent navigating estrangement, distance, or serious strain with an adult child
You're willing to examine your own patterns — not to take the blame, but to see clearly
You want to do this work whether or not your child is currently engaging
You've tried books, advice, and other approaches but feel like nothing has reached the root
You're ready to stop reacting from urgency, panic, or the need to fix
You want repair that doesn't require erasing yourself in the process
This work may not be for you if:
You're looking for scripts or tactics to "get your child back" without any self-reflection
You want a coach who will tell you your child is the only one who needs to change
You're in an active mental health crisis that requires therapy or clinical care
You're hoping I'll reach out to or work directly with your adult child (this work is for you, the parent)
You want a quick fix on a defined timeline rather than meaningful, lasting change
FAQs
-
That's the situation many of my clients are in. This work is for you — how you carry yourself through the silence, what you come to understand about the dynamic, and who you are whether or not contact returns. Healing your own ground doesn't require their cooperation.
-
Therapy often focuses on clinical mental health concerns or processing the past. Coaching is forward-focused and pattern-focused — we work on present dynamics, identity, communication, and the generational layers underneath the rupture. If you're in an active mental health crisis, therapy is the right starting point. Many clients do both.
-
Most estrangement support stays at the surface: communication scripts, validation, advice on what to say. This work goes underneath — the generational identity you were formed inside, the roles you absorbed, the patterns running quietly beneath your reactions. Clients come to me when they sense the deeper layer is where the real movement lives.
-
No. Single sessions and custom packages are available, and some clients start with a shorter engagement before committing to a full level. The discovery call is where we figure out what makes sense for you.
-
Sessions are virtual, so we can work together regardless of where you live.
-
A 30-minute conversation, no pressure to commit. You tell me what's going on and what you're hoping for. I'll share how I work and whether I think I can help. If we're not the right fit, I'll say so directly — and where appropriate, point you toward something that might serve you better.

Consulting hypnosis is a collaborative, non-clinical approach to working with the subconscious mind. It isn't therapy and it isn't stage hypnosis — it's a guided method for accessing the deeper layer where inherited beliefs, identity rules, and generational patterns are actually stored. You stay aware, in control, and free to stop at any moment.
In estrangement work, this matters because so much of what drives our reactions doesn't live in our conscious thinking — it lives in patterns we absorbed long before we had words for them. Consulting hypnosis can help you loosen the grip of inherited guilt, release survival roles you took on as a child, and rehearse new responses at a level talk alone often can't reach. We only use it when it serves the work you've come to do, and always with your full consent.
A few notes on the choices:
"Consulting hypnosis" — using the proper NGH term is a quiet credibility signal for anyone who knows the field, and it stays within your accurate scope of practice (you're not claiming to treat or diagnose, which matters)
"Non-clinical" — distinguishes it from therapy without diminishing it
"Inherited guilt, survival roles, rehearse new responses" — ties hypnosis directly to the language already on your Level 2 card ("inherited guilt," "roles formed in survival, not choice"), so the FAQ feels integrated rather than tacked on
"Loosen the grip of" vs. "remove" or "heal" — stays in coaching scope, which is the right side of the line for an NGH-credentialed consulting hypnotist
This Q&A is more comprehensive than the shorter one I drafted earlier — I'd suggest using this one in place of the previous hypnosis question rather than running both, since they cover the same ground and this one does it more thoroughly.
