a bit about me.
Why I do this work.
Honestly? Because I’ve lived enough life to know that talking about things isn’t always enough.
Talking can help. Being heard matters. But at some point, most of us need more than conversation. We need useful tools, new skills, better questions, and practical ways to respond when life feels confusing or the old version of ourselves no longer fits.
That’s where my work begins.
I’m practical by nature. I like honest conversations, clear patterns, and things you can actually use in real life. Growth has to help you make decisions, set boundaries, communicate better, and take the next step.
But I’m also deeply intuitive.
I listen for what’s being said — and what isn’t. I notice the patterns underneath the problem, the places where you keep circling the same question, and the part of you that already knows something is ready to change.
My work blends practical coaching, intuition, emotional insight, communication tools, and a lifelong interest in how people become who they are.
I’m not here to be the authority over your life.
I’m here to help you slow down, understand what’s really happening, and move forward with more clarity, honesty, and self-trust.
Because sometimes you don’t need someone to just listen.
You need someone who can help you make sense of it — and give you something useful to work with.
