No advice. Just space for you to see what will be helpful for you to move forward.

In 20 minutes, I'll listen without judgment, reflect back what I'm hearing, and help you see your situation from the outside. Many people find that single perspective shift, and being truly heard and reflected, is enough to feel like they can breathe again.

You'll also receive a short-written reflection note after our call, so whatever comes up doesn't disappear when we hang up.
