When you feel like you’ve lost your bearings.

And you’re not sure what to do next.

• Replay conversations and wonder what you’re not seeing or missing

• Feel stuck between where you’ve been and where you’re headed

• Keep second guessing yourself

• Feel overwhelmed by a decision you need to make

• Are exhausted from carrying it alone

• Feel like you’ve lost your footing, even parts of who you once were

• Know that something needs to change, but not sure how, what or when.

Is it possible you’re too close to see it clearly?

You need space to slow down, sort through what’s happening, and find your footing again.

When life feels out of sync, you don’t need more pressure.

I’m Lisa.

I know what it’s like to look at your life and think, “This should feel right… so why doesn’t it?”

For years, I kept going, pushed through, adjusting, and trying to make everything work.

But there comes a point when pushing becomes forcing, and it no longer works. The last thing you need is more responsibility, questions, or pressure. You need a space to slow down, reorient, get honest, and understand what’s really happening inside you.

That’s why I do this work.

I help people in transition through different seasons of life, reconnect with themselves, and find the next honest step forward.

  • “I didn’t even know what to say when I first talked to Lisa. I just knew something in my life felt off, and I couldn’t keep pretending everything was fine. She helped me put words to things I had been carrying around for years. I didn’t feel judged or rushed. I felt like someone finally understood what I was trying to say.”

  • "“I was tired of talking myself in circles. I could explain my situation a hundred different ways, but I still didn’t know what to do. Lisa helped me slow down and hear what I actually meant underneath all the noise. I left our sessions feeling calmer, clearer, and more honest with myself.”

  • "“What helped me most was that Lisa didn’t give me a bunch of generic advice. She listened for what I couldn’t quite say. There were times where she would reflect something back and I’d think, "Wow, yes. That’s exactly it.’ I felt seen in a way I didn’t expect.”

    —Alexandro

  • "“I had spent so much time being the steady one for everyone else that I didn’t realize how lost I felt. Working with Lisa gave me a place where I didn’t have to have it all figured out. I could be confused, emotional, uncertain — and still feel like I was moving toward something better.”

  • “I wasn’t sure coaching was for me, to be honest. I’m not someone who usually talks about feelings or ‘life transitions.’ I just knew I felt off and couldn’t figure out why. Lisa helped me sort through what was actually bothering me without making it weird or overly emotional. She asked the right questions, and somehow I started saying things out loud that I hadn’t even admitted to myself. I left with more clarity, but also more respect for what I’d been carrying.”
